Maple Ridge Ultimate's official registration will take place on Saturday, March 24th at Red Robin Restaurant in Maple Ridge from 12:00PM to 4:00PM. Plan to stay for a drink with us at the bar and grab some lunch!
If you can’t make it out that day, you can stop by Dan Macmaster's house anytime before March 24th and register (22945 117th Ave – (604) 340-5792). IMPORTANT: Teams will be created, and jerseys ordered on the night of registration (March 24th). If you have not registered by then, there is no guarantee you will have a spot in the league. There will be a maximum 8 teams in the league. Once the spots are full, they are full!
Your $85.00 registration fee will include the following:
- 18 weeks of Sunday night Ultimate games
- Skills Clinics and Pick-up games every Thursday
- 175g Ultimate disc
- VC Ultimate custom designed Maple Ridge Ultimate team jersey!
- UPA 11th Edition Rulebook
- BCDSS Membership
- Prizes, prizes, prizes!
- Fitness, Friends, Fun, and Fajizzle! (I needed another ‘F’ word)
Clinics and Practices
As we do every year, our clinics will “start from scratch” – focusing on throws, catches, marking, and cutting. It is a great progression for the beginners as well as useful practice for the veterans. The first clinic starts on Sunday April 15th at Merkley Park at 5:30PM. Part 2 of the Clinic Series will be on Thursday, April 19th at 6:00PM at Alexander Robinson Elementary School.
League Games
Starting on Sunday, April 22nd (5:00PM at Merkley Park) our season begins! The first two league games will begin with a “team practice” for the first 45 minutes to go over strategies and make the new players feel more comfortable.

2012 will bring a new season of Ultimate in Maple Ridge, and with that a new website! Please be patient as this site is under construction. Over the next few months, new content will be popping up all over the place.
In the meantime, check out the "forum" page. If you have any comments/suggestions about the new website, you're welcome to post them there (as well as anything else Ultimate related)! |
