Free Ultimate Clinic!
Maple Ridge Ultimate will be holding a FREE CLINIC on Sunday, March 21st at Thomas Haney Secondary from Noon to 3pm. Come see what this sport is all about! Link to map: www.ow.ly/1bDWM
If you've always wanted to see what Ultimate Frisbee is but didn't want to register just yet, this Clinic is for you!
Or if you are looking to dust off the cleats and run off those winter pounds - come on out!
Registration:
- Registration will be held at Red Robin in Maple Ridge (Map Link: www.ow.ly/1acxF) on Saturday, March 27 from 12pm to 4pm. If you can’t make it out that day, you can stop by Dan Macmaster's house anytime BEFORE MARCH 27th and register (22945 117thAve – (604) 466-3306, dmac01@telus.net).
- Registration fee is $75: This includes games, practices, a 175 gram Ultimate disc, and jersey.
- Ages 16 to 60.
Season Length:
- The 2010 season will run from Sunday, April 11th to Sunday August 29th.
- Practices are held from 6:00-8pm on Thursdays and Games are held from 5:30-8pm on Sundays.
Locations:
- Thursday night practices are held at Alexander Robinson Elementary School. Map link: www.ow.ly/1a8Tc

Equipment Required:
- Cleats.
- Disc (included with registration).
- Spirit!
Season Highlights:
- Registration includes practices, games, disc, and jersey!
